The New York Deli has been an integral part of the Zephyrhills community for decades. Founded by New Yorker Roy Arp in 1981, its ownership may have changed over the years, but the quality of its food has remained consistent. I have worked at the deli for the past five years alongside the previous owner, Fancy Brown. It’s there that I mastered the treasured recipes. When the opportunity arose to purchase Ron’s New York Deli, I knew I could continue offering my customers the same great food that Roy introduced in 1981.
